Job Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Performance Metrics
- Provide leadership and training to foster an innovative and engaged work environment.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making tools to analyze and measure the effectiveness of optimization initiatives.
- Generate actionable insights to support business growth and performance improvements.
Database & Digital Solutions Management
- Develop and manage Pilmico’s e-Learning content and design.
- Maintain and optimize the SOS database, ensuring timely feedback to learning partners and sales team managers.
- Lead digital solutions initiatives, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
Training & Development
- Training Needs Assessment: Conduct assessments to identify skills gaps and prioritize learning needs across stakeholders. Design and implement strategies to address these gaps and support performance optimization.
- Training Design and Delivery: Design, implement, and manage training programs, materials, and evaluations that support performance optimization. Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure training meets organizational needs.
- Curriculum Development: Develop and evaluate training modules related to leadership, sales, negotiation skills, and technical knowledge. Assess learning effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance the training curriculum.
- Training Implementation: Enhance sales support efficiency by developing and deploying effective training guides and tools. Coordinate training sessions for sales teams, management, and support personnel.
Administrative & Strategic Support
- Prepare presentations and sales support documentation for team and management use.
- Lead and participate in ad-hoc projects and programs within the department.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, brand policies, and best practices in performance optimization.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree In a Relevant Field Such As
- Human Resources Management
- Organizational Development
- Psychology
- Education or Training and Development
- Business Administration
- Communications
- Master’s degree or additional certifications in Training & Development, Business Optimization, or Project Management is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, training & development, business optimization, or a related field.
- Proven track record in data analysis, process improvement, and digital solutions implementation.
License/s
- Relevant certifications in business analytics, training & development, or project management are preferred.
Other Requirements
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles
- Experience with instructional design and curriculum development
- Proficiency in e-learning tools and digital training platforms
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Data analysis and reporting related to training effectiveness
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as needed for training and business development initiatives
