Job Summary

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for leading efficient and high-quality support

operations, optimizing student completion rates, improving payment collections, resolving

escalations, and managing a team of Facilitators. This role is ideal for a high-performing leader

with experience managing operations in a sales-driven BPO environment. The position reports

directly to the Senior Business Unit Manager and offers exceptional growth and travel

Key Responsibilities

  • Back-End Support Operations
  • Manage daily administrative functions and operational workflows
  • Maintain accurate student data and ensure cross-functional reporting
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Student Journey Oversight (via Facilitators)
  • Lead and mentor a team of Facilitators from onboarding through course completion
  • Develop and maintain scripts, engagement plans, and tracking systems
  • Track team performance and student satisfaction to ensure consistent, quality support
  • Student Completion Rate Optimization
  • Analyze student progress and proactively identify disengagement risks
  • Collaborate with Academic and Support Teams to provide timely interventions
  • Recommend and implement data-driven strategies to improve course completion
  • Payment Collections Management
  • Oversee and enhance student payment collection and follow-up processes
  • Work closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate tracking and reconciliation
  • Produce reports and develop strategies to improve collection performance
  • Escalation Handling
  • Act as the primary escalation point for student and operational concerns
  • Investigate, resolve, and document issues efficiently
  • Implement preventive solutions to address recurring issues


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in leading successful sales or operations teams
  • At least 7 years in BPO B2B sales, ideally with international market exposure
  • 3–5 years as an Operations Manager in a sales-driven campaign (BPO or relatedindustry)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems & sales tools (G-Suite or MS Office is a plus)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • A highly organized, solution-oriented self-starter
  • Demonstrated integrity and discretion in handling sensitive client/student data
