Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year Business-related course
• Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar leadership role
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to analyze sales data, reports, and performance metrics
• Goal-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans
• Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance and KPIs
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback
• Handle escalated customer concerns and complaints professionally
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare and present sales reports and recommendations to management
• Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
