About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably in the packaging industry, and will play a key role in driving business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with existing clients
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
• Lead and mentor a small team of sales representatives (if applicable)
• Collaborate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to ensure client satisfaction
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the packaging industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed
• Willing to be based in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
