Açıklama

The Sales Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all sales activities of the company. This role involves developing strategies to achieve revenue targets, building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing the sales team, and ensuring the company’s growth and profitability in alignment with corporate goals.


A.     Key Functional Responsibilities

1.      Develop and implement sales strategies, policies, and plans.

2.      Lead sales forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities.

3.      Set clear sales targets and monitor performance against KPIs.

4.      Drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion initiatives.

5.      Represent the company in business meetings, trade shows, and networking events.

6.      Review sales contracts and negotiate terms with clients.

7.      Analyze market data and competitor trends to guide business decisions.

Gereklilik

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an advantage).

Experience : Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, including 5 years in a supervisory/managerial capacity.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
