• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for assigned territories in Mindanao
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors to drive sales
• Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales process from prospecting to close
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Mentor and coach the sales team to improve performance
• Attend and represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the packaging industry.
