  • We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and drive performance of our telesales team in Philippines. This role is pivotal in shaping our sales strategy, optimizing conversion rates, and ensuring exceptional team performance within a fast-paced startup environment focused hot leads and repeat customers.

You will manage the daily operations of the telesales call center, ensuring alignment with company goals, high-quality customer engagement, and strong revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Performance Management

  • Develop and implement sales policies, call scripts, and promotional strategies that enhance conversion rates and drive revenue.
  • Set clear KPIs and performance targets for the telesales team in alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Take a hands-on approach to coaching, mentoring, and supporting the team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring optimal resource allocation, process efficiency, and quality service delivery.
  • Ensure all communication, sales activity, and customer data are properly documented, updated, and tracked across relevant systems
  • Conduct random call audits and quality checks to maintain high service standards and compliance.

People Management & Team Development

  • Regularly assess team performance, conduct 1-on-1 coaching, and implement training programs focused on sales closing, objection handling, and high-conversion techniques.
  • Identify skill gaps and create individual development plans to support team growth.
  • Handle escalated concerns and provide leadership in resolving complex inquiries.
  • Lead staffing decisions including hiring, promotions, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and team restructuring where needed.
  • Foster a motivational culture that drives high engagement, retention, and accountability.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Provide detailed performance reports and data-driven insights to the General Manager to inform strategic decisions.
  • Use data to evaluate conversion funnels, call quality, sales strategies, and agent productivity.
  • Suggest and implement improvements based on analytics, customer behavior, and market response.

Gereklilik

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in telesales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing a team of 70+ agents.
  • Proven track record in high-performance telesales operations—especially in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of inbound and outbound telesales, campaign lifecycle management, and customer conversion strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience using data and KPIs to manage sales performance and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Skilled in training, coaching, and motivating teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Strong grasp of CRM tools, call center software, and sales automation systems.
  • High adaptability and entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable wearing multiple hats and pivoting as priorities shift.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain focus on delivering measurable results in a startup culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a startup or scaling telesales environment is a major advantage.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical and nutrition-related telesales, including compliance and product knowledge nuances.
  • Experience working in a multinational company or managing cross-functional teams is a plus.
