Requirements of the job:

• Thai national proficient in English language
• Filipino can speak, write and read in Thai and English language
• Open to Undergraduates but must have Call Center Experience 
• Experience in sales, lead generations, or lead qualification is an advantage
• Ability to manage documentation
• Candidate must be willing work in BGC, Taguig 
• Can start working as soon as possible

Responsibilities of the job:

• Call partners to promote ongoing deals and incentives
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and refer them to the right sales team
• Help with pricing and quotes for partners
• Maintain good relationships with Thai clients, partners, and teams
• Record all calls and activities in the system
• Answer partner questions and assist with portal issues
• Handle basic document requests like brochures and promo details
