Position:    Vietnamese Sales Coordinator Specialist

Salary:      Php 80,000 - Php 100,000 Monthly

Location:    BGC Taguig City

Schedule:   Morning Set up, weekends off

Requirements:

• Vietnamese nationals can speak English fluently with a permanent Visa in the Philippines. 
• Filipino nationals can speak, read and write Vietnamese fluently.
• Undergraduate and Fresh graduates are open to apply.
• Experience working with the Vietnamese Market is an ADVANTAGE.
• Knowledge in Vietnamese Culture is a PLUS.
• Strong Accountability with the work and open for constructive criticism.
• With a pleasant personality and can work alone.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a bridge between the local team and Vietnamese clients, ensuring smooth coordination, accurate translation of requirements, and alignment on project execution.
• Responsible for communicating and building strong relationships with clients from Vietnam, ensuring clear understanding of their business needs and marketing goals.
• Preparing and presenting customized proposals, including advertising strategies and campaign concepts, aligned with Vietnamese client objectives and target audience.
• Develop and recommend effective campaign strategies by identifying the most suitable digital platforms and channels to maximize ad visibility and performance.
• Collaborate with the Internal teams Finance, Marketing and Sales to ensure the Marketing campaign, budget and sales are aligned.
• Monitor campaign progress and provide insights or recommendations to improve results and maintain client satisfaction.
