• Handles customer telephone inquiries regarding Sales quotations status; Specifications and usage of various Moldex Products Inc.

• Receives and verify sales orders made by customers, sales engineers, and other parties.

• Creates quotations for clients inquiry.

• Routes sales quotations with S.O.P or sales quotations with lower price per kilo to approving

departments or sections for endorsement and approval.

• Confirms through fax, telephone, or mail the latest status of sales quotation to customers.

• Maintains the daily sales order status log book that will monitor latest status of customers orders.

• Files served sales quotations for future reference.

• Accomplishing, requesting, and filing of request for payment for all payable or requisition of SE / SM as instructed to them.

• Routing and filing of all purchase requisitions.

• Monitoring and filing of call coverage of SE’s.

• Coordinating with other departments on tasks assigned by the immediate superior.

• Schedules pertinent meetings of the department managers with key suppliers

• Coordinates with the purchasing department regarding items which needs to be quoted as soon as possible.

• Performs other duties that may be assigned form time to time.
