What You Need:

Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (spoken & written)

Background in Sales and IT Technical Support

Basic knowledge of:

• Web hosting (WordPress, Joomla, etc.)

• PHP, MySQL, SSH, FTP, DNS, SSL, and TCP/IP

Education: SPM, Diploma, or Degree

Work Hours: Monday–Friday | 8AM–5PM / 9AM–6PM

What You’ll Do:

• Handle customer chats — resolve issues, provide support, and upsell solutions
• Build strong relationships with customers while achieving sales targets
• Use your communication skills to provide expert consultation with confidence
• Stay updated on web hosting tools, products, and processes
• Collaborate with a supportive team and track all interactions through CRM systems
