SALARY & BENEFITS:

  • Monthly Salary: ₱18,500.00 (with ₱2,000.00 transportation allowance & commissions)
  • 13th-Month Pay, Government-mandated benefits (SSS, PAG-IBIG, PhilHealth)
  • Paid training (subject to approval) & Service Incentive Leaves (sick and vacation)
  • FULL-TIME (Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 A.M. – 6:36 P.M.)


Deus Enterprises Co. is hiring a Sales Executive Assistant to support our Sales Executives in managing quotations, documentation, and bidding activities for government RFQs (Requests for Quotation).

This role is designed for organized and detail-oriented professionals who can prepare accurate quotations, coordinate with suppliers, and assist with compliance requirements. The position is on-site in Quezon City, with occasional field assignments for pre-bid activities and document submissions.

It also serves as a career pathway toward becoming a Sales Executive, with training integrated into the role.


  • Quotation Preparation – Draft accurate quotations based on government RFQs.
  • Supplier Coordination – Gather product details, verify pricing, and source qualified suppliers.
  • Documentation & Compliance – Assist in preparing bidding documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to requirements.
  • File Management – Maintain organized records of supplier quotes, templates, and submissions.
  • Scheduling & Coordination – Support Sales Executives with daily tasks, schedules, and fieldwork planning.
  • Pre-Bid & Document Handling – Attend pre-bid meetings and assist in submitting documents as needed.
  • Reporting – Provide daily updates, drafts, and documents for Sales Executive review.


Gereklilik

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and Adobe PDF tools.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle administrative tasks independently.
  • Effective communicator in both English and Filipino.
