As a Sales and Social Media Coordinator, you will play an essential role in supporting the sales team while managing and enhancing the company’s social media presence. You’ll help craft social media content, monitor online engagement, and assist in generating new business opportunities through online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and posting content across all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Support the sales team by identifying potential leads through social media and digital platforms.
• Engage with followers on social media, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Track and report on the performance of social media campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Help organize online promotions and campaigns to increase engagement and drive sales.
• Maintain and update social media calendars to ensure consistent and timely posts.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for the brand.
• Assist in the creation of promotional content, such as graphics, videos, and copywriting.
• Help with email marketing and customer outreach to support sales efforts.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, social media, or digital marketing is a plus.
• Proficient with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
• Knowledge of social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) is a plus.
• Comfortable with basic data analysis (Google Analytics, social media insights).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php27,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
