Role Overview
The primary objective of this role is to drive sustainable business growth for Wonderbrew Kombucha by expertly managing and retaining our existing customer base while proactively seeking out and developing new strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
Customer Retention & Marketing Support
Client Management & Advising: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing B2B clients, including major grocery chains, cafes, restaurants, and fitness centers. Proactively advise clients on the best strategies to promote Wonderbrew Kombucha within their establishments.
Promotional Development: Design, execute, and manage tailored marketing support packages, promotions, and in-store displays for key retail partners to ensure consistent product visibility and drive sales velocity.
Event & Collaboration Support: Coordinate marketing materials and logistical support for client-led events or joint collaborations, ensuring maximum brand exposure and alignment with Wonderbrew’s image.
New Business Development & Partnership Acquisition
Partnership Sourcing: Proactively identify, pitch, and secure new high-value partnerships and distribution points, focusing on areas like fitness centers, pickleball courts, corporate offices, and new retail channels.
Event Management & Representation: Be the face of Wonderbrew at industry trade shows, consumer expos, health and wellness events, and community gatherings. Plan and execute engaging on-site promotions and sampling activities to drive product trial and brand awareness.
Strategic Collaborations: Conceptualize and execute creative, mutually beneficial collaborations with complementary brands, influencers, and organizations to expand brand reach.
Core Marketing & Creative Duties
Agency & Vendor Management:
Act as the internal liaison and project manager for all external partners, including the marketing agency, social media agency, and printers. This involves briefing agencies, providing necessary assets, ensuring campaigns are executed on time and on budget, and managing the quality of printed materials.
Creative Content Generation:
Suggest engaging and on-brand content (visuals, copy, short videos) for Wonderbrew's social media platforms in collaboration with the external social media agency.
Idea Generation:
Demonstrate a strong ability to be creative, generating and proposing innovative marketing campaigns, projects, and product placement ideas that capture current market trends.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to ensure Wonderbrew's strategies remain competitive and relevant.
Who We're Looking For:
Proven track record (minimum 2-3 years) in a role combining business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or F&B (Food & Beverage) sector.
Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to confidently pitch ideas, manage client relationships, and effectively communicate with external agencies.
Creativity: A highly creative mind with a passion for brainstorming and executing innovative projects and campaigns.
Drive: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently and as part of a small, agile team.
Logistics: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from creative conceptualization through to logistical execution (e.g., managing event setups, promotional material distribution). Passion:

Salary
Basic: RM4,000 - 4,500(depending on experience) and extra sales incentive & commission
