Job description:

• Training new members of the sales team
• Setting sales quotas
• Monitoring and reporting sales performance
• Completing sales reports
• Selling products or helping sales staff negotiate and close deals
• Analyze drivers of sales performance vs. targets (e.g., conversion rates, product mix, agent effectiveness, customer feedback) and recommend corrective actions.

Job Requirements:

• 3 years in a Telecommunications Industry, with 2 years in Team Leader Role.
• At least years of experience in Telco internet selling (Broadband or Line)
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good understanding of telesales and customer engagement.
• Comfortable with fieldwork including door to door selling
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Motivated and goal oriented.
