This role is for a Tube Ice Plant Company. We are targeting to absorb applicants who lives nearby to reduce commuting stress, which can impact both a person's well-being and work productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell ice products to clients and distributors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
• Process sales orders, invoices, and coordinate timely deliveries.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Achieve sales targets and prepare periodic sales reports.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints and ensure excellent service.

The Employee must be:

• Goal-driven, persuasive, and results-oriented. Skilled in interpersonal relations and negotiations. Confident in handling clients and closing sales.
• Knowledgeable in sales reporting and basic CRM tools (an advantage). Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to a competitive market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• Preferably with experience in sales, account management, or customer relations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and with the team.
• Knowledge of local markets in Metro Manila and nearby provinces is an advantage.
