• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans to achieve company target
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leads and partnerships.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors and customer needs.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in a related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools (social media, CRM, email marketing).
• Results-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
