Events Program & Sponsorship Manager — Seminars, Trainings & Business Events (Hybrid | Metro Manila)


We are hiring an Events Program & Sponsorship Manager to handle seminars, masterclasses, trainings, and business events. If you're highly organized, great with people, creative with promotions, and excited to handle sponsors & partnerships, join our growing events team!


We are building an exciting new events platform that organizes business seminars, trainings, masterclasses, and coaching programs. We are looking for an Events Program & Sponsorship Manager who can oversee full event operations — from planning, organizing, promotions, partnerships, and sponsorship acquisition.

This is a hybrid role that combines event management, client coordination, sponsor negotiation, and marketing support.


  • Plan and organize business seminars, workshops, and special events
  • Handle full coordination with speakers, trainers, venues, and suppliers
  • Secure sponsors, partnerships, and event supporters
  • Prepare sponsorship proposals and presentations
  • Manage event marketing promotions (social media, email campaigns, online ads)
  • Oversee event registrations, payments, and participant coordination
  • Coordinate event logistics, venue setup, and on-site execution
  • Prepare post-event reports and sponsor documentation


Work Setup:

  • Hybrid (Work-from-home for coordination & marketing + on-site during actual events)

  • With at least 1-2 years experience in:
  • Events management (seminars, conferences, trainings, or workshops)
  • Sponsorship acquisition or corporate partnerships
  • Client coordination and event organizing
  • Strong negotiation skills for securing sponsors and partnerships
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Familiar with social media promotions, Canva, and basic email marketing (advantage but not required)
  • Computer literate — Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, Canva, Zoom
  • Proactive, results-driven, and can work independently
  • Can start immediately
