Qualifications:

• Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree
• Minimum of 1 Year.
• Assist the monthly inventory count
• Able to update and close tickets or parts request on a timely manner
• Timely recording payments

Job Description:

o Report invoices and/or billing statements received from Head Office, date when these documents were forwarded to customer and the name and designation of person authorized to receive them.

o Send SOAs to customers not reached by the credit and collection team.

o Maintain a manual ledger of accounts outstanding.

o Follow-up and collect receivables from customers.

o Deposit all collections and report a weekly summary to the credit and collection department.

o Promptly report difficulties and problems encountered in the collection of accounts.

o Maintain a manual ledger of printer and toner inventories.

o Report the inventory balances at end of each month.

o Maintain the petty cash fund of the branch and submit expenses for reimbursement.

o To apply for and pay the mayor’s permit every beginning of the year.
