Job Title: Encoder – Sales Support

The Encoder – Sales Support is responsible for accurately encoding sales transactions and related data into company systems. This role ensures timely and precise documentation to support the sales team and maintain smooth operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Encode and update sales transactions and related data in the system.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records using MS Excel and other tools.
• Assist in generating reports and documentation for the sales team.
• Ensure compliance with company standards for data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with the sales support team to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth transaction flow.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree of any course.
• Fast and accurate typing/encoding skills.
• Knowledgeable of SAP system.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
