- Support project and account management from proposal to completion

- Build strong client relationships through timely communication and follow-ups

- Program online surveys and track project progress

• A Bachelor's degree and strong communication skills in English
• At least 1- 2 years of experience in sales or account management
• Customer-oriented mindset and a collaborative attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tools
• Willingness to work flexible or night shifts and occasionally travel
