• Making warm sales calls and emails to business executives from major companies around the globe to confirm their attendance or their delegates at the conferences, seminars or forums organized by companies.
• Identify key selling points in each event that's being handled.
• Be familiar with all seminars, markets, keynotes, and speakers in order to discuss and explain materials to prospective clients.
• Provides all after-sales support tasks like sending and receiving emails.
• Work towards reaching a particular target.
• Leads are provided.

Qualifications:

• Preferably a Graduate of any 4-year related course, but undergraduates will also be considered, provided you meet the number of related years of experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in outbound sales, or appointment setting, or events/conference sales in a business-to-business (B2B) setting or any telesales-based setting an advantage
• Fresh graduates who have good communication skills
• CSRs who are tired of answering irate calls.
• Excellent command of written and oral English.
• Open to fresh graduates
