About the Client/Account
The Client/Account is a trusted provider of innovative packaging and processing equipment for the pharmaceutical, cannabis, and nutraceutical industries. With precision-engineered solutions and exceptional service, they help businesses scale and are committed to building long-term client partnerships.
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective and former customers.
Re-engage inactive (“dead”) leads by researching updated decision-maker information and restarting conversations with tailored messaging.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs and product alignment.
Book qualified appointments and ensure smooth handovers to the sales team.
Track, monitor, and report performance metrics, including lead sources, call outcomes, and conversion rates.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all interactions in the CRM (NetSuite strongly preferred).
Prepare outreach lists, follow up on warm leads, and support the sales pipeline with consistent prospecting efforts.
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Appointment Setter – Sales to join our team. This role is focused on reaching out to prospective and former customers, qualifying leads, and re-engaging inactive accounts to create new business opportunities. The Appointment Setter will also support the sales team by booking meetings, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and leveraging platforms like LinkedIn for lead research.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales or lead generation, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to reviving and nurturing leads into meaningful appointments.
Gereklilik
Minimum 2+ years of experience in appointment setting, sales, or lead generation.
Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms (NetSuite preferred).
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding lead generation or appointment-setting targets (minimum 50 qualified leads per month).
Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 level proficiency).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional platforms for research and outreach.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B sales or within the pharmaceutical, cannabis, or nutraceutical industries.
Knowledge of sales funnels, lead qualification, and re-engagement strategies.
Metrics-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and appointment conversion rates.
