Açıklama

The Sales Executive will drive business growth by developing and maintaining relationships with key clients in the airline catering, food trading, and retail sectors. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.


Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities in airline catering, food trading, and retail markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize sales and ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.


Market & Product Knowledge

  • Maintain deep knowledge of the food industry, including modern trade, wet markets, and FMCG channels.
  • Ensure clients are informed of product offerings, promotions, and updates.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to inform sales strategies.


Compliance & Operations Support

  • Ensure all sales activities adhere to food safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage contracts, agreements, and documentation related to supply and service delivery.
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Support inventory and trade marketing initiatives, including merchandising and stock management in client locations.


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or related field preferred.
  2. Proven experience in airline catering sales, large-scale food trading, or FMCG/retail environments.
  3. Strong understanding of food safety standards, regulatory compliance, and supply contracts.
  4. Familiarity with modern trade operations, merchandising, inventory management, and trade marketing systems.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Results-driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities.
