Duties & Responsibilities

Drive Sales

  1. Conduct daily sales activities within the assigned territory.
  2. Build, maintain, and expand relationships at all levels within assigned accounts.
  3. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive sales, deliver client solutions, and exceed client expectations for assigned accounts.
  4. Schedule post-sales visits with existing clients and distribute presentation materials, trade marketing collateral, research insights, and other relevant resources.
  5. Follow up on and coordinate customer requests with relevant departments.
  6. Execute creative and comprehensive sales calls, follow-ups, and pitches to assigned accounts on a weekly basis.
  7. Coordinate client requests for dispensers and oversee their installation.
  8. Conduct collection activities every Friday.

Market Research & Administrative Reporting

  1. Proactively attend supplier meetings and bidding sessions.
  2. Participate in all scheduled sales meetings.
  3. Prepare weekly reports detailing pending sales and developments related to new target accounts.
  4. Conduct market and industry research to monitor sales trends.
  5. Maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities, including calls, presentations, meetings, and follow-ups for assigned accounts.
  6. Provide administrative support and manage necessary paperwork for assigned accounts.
  7. Demonstrate a proactive, entrepreneurial, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset.


Requirements

  • Graduate of any business-related course
  • Minimum 12 months experience in Institutional Sales / B2B sales experience


What We Offer:

Monthly Salary: Php 20,000 – Php 30,000
