• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or Environmental field
• Completion of the DOLE's 40-hour COSH Training
• Prior experience in Safety and Environmental Compliance
• Familiarity with DOLE and DENR regulations with strong communication and computer skills
• Experience in Pollution Control Officer (PCO) duties and environmental reporting
• Trained in Scaffolding Safety and Procedures
• 25-35 years old
