1. Room Cleaning & Maintenance

• Clean and prepare guest rooms daily according to resort standards.
• Make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, and sanitize bathrooms and surfaces.
• Replenish guest supplies (amenities, towels, water, etc.) as per standards.
• Report any maintenance issues, damage, or missing items to the supervisor.
• Ensure proper use and care of cleaning equipment and supplies.

2. Guest Service

• Greet guests politely and respond to requests promptly and courteously.
• Ensure guests’ privacy, comfort, and safety while cleaning occupied rooms.
• Deliver extra items (pillows, towels, amenities) upon request.

3. Public Areas & Common Spaces

• Clean hallways, staircases, and assigned public areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and trolleys.
• Support other housekeeping tasks during busy periods.

4. Teamwork & Standards

• Follow the resort’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Cooperate with laundry, maintenance, and front office teams.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow health & safety guidelines.
• Participate in housekeeping meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in housekeeping (resort or hotel) is an advantage but not required.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
