• Ensure effective implementation of AML policies and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and monitor compliance issues.
• Develop and deliver compliance training and updates.
• Review company procedures to identify and address non-compliance.
• Maintain KYC documentation for audit clients.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and recommend necessary actions.
• Advise and support staff on compliance matters.
• Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Travel to offices outside the Philippines as required.
