  • Achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
  • Arrange displays and properly store merchandise.
  • Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries.
  • Provide excellent sales service through product demos, assessing customer needs by providing assistance and information on product features.
  • Inform customers of new deals and promotions.
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
  • Process POS (point of sale) purchases and accomplish Sale Report.
  • Handle returns and pull-outs by proper documentation of movement and/or transfer of all products/merchandise
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
  • Comply with inventory control procedures. Cooperate and participate in inventory cycle count and reconciliation.  
  • Ensure all Stock Record Cards are updated for all products received and sold.
  • Accomplish Sales Orders for stock replenishment.
  • Maintain display area/store clean and presentable. 
  • Attend Sales Meetings and other required meetings/events.
  • Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
