  • Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Recommend and promote products or services based on customer needs.
  • Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions including cash, credit, and mobile payments accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper display of products in the store.
  • Replenish stocks and ensure shelves are always fully stocked and well-organized.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low stocks or fast-moving items to the store supervisor.
  • Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and in-store marketing activities.
  • Address customer questions, feedback, or complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Perform regular checks to ensure store policies and safety standards are being followed.
  • Support periodic inventory counts and other store-related tasks as assigned.



  • College Level; a degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field is a plus.
  • Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented, reliable, and with a positive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of handling cash and POS systems is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be physically fit and presentable.
