SWAT Management is the central management team supporting HR, operations, marketing, and purchasing for all 2013 Group outlets.

We are now hiring Full-time Service Crew for our new outlet — 2013 Private Kitchen at One City, Subang.

Part-time positions are also available.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, tables, and workstations
• Assist in basic food/drink prep or support bar/kitchen team when required
• Handle customer enquiries with a positive attitude
• Ensure all SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards are followed

Requirements

• Friendly, polite, and customer-focused
• Good communication skills and presentable appearance
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and peak hours
• Responsible, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in F&B service is an advantage, but freshers are welcome

Working Hours

Full-time

• 6 days per week
• Shift-based (morning/afternoon/night)

Part-time (Also Available)

• Flexible scheduling
