Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth service, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health standards.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and manage front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Customer Experience: Greet guests, manage reservations, handle complaints, and ensure excellent, culturally relevant service for all patrons.
• Food & Beverage: Maintain quality & presentation of Malay dishes, manage inventory, control costs (food, labor), and drive sales.
• Marketing/Promotions: Implement local marketing efforts to attract diners
• Cultural Expertise: Possess deep knowledge of Malay dishes, ingredients, traditions, and service etiquette. 

Requirements:

• Fluent in Bahasa Malay
• Experienced in F&B
