Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics
• Engineering, Industrial Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in R&D, product design, or appliance development.
• Strong background in mechanical/electrical systems, appliance design, and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of appliance safety standards, energy efficiency guidelines, and certification requirements (e.g., DOE, IEC, ISO).
• Skilled in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and simulation tools for design and testing.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• With background as an Executive Assistant – bringing skills in project coordination, documentation, scheduling, and inter-departmental communication.
• Ability to conduct product testing, analyze performance data, and recommend design improvements.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for coordination with cross-functional departments.
• Project management skills and ability to handle multiple development projects.
• Creativity and innovation mindset in developing practical, user-friendly, and marketable appliance designs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify trends, technologies, and customer needs in the appliances sector.
• Design and develop new appliance products, ensuring functionality, efficiency, durability, and safety.
• Improve and innovate existing appliance models for better performance, energy efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Create and test prototypes, documenting results and recommending improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams in developing technical specifications and production processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, energy regulations, and industry certifications for appliances.
• Monitor competitor products and emerging technologies to maintain industry competitiveness.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation for new designs and product launches.
• Provide technical support to production and after-sales teams on product-related issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects for manufacturing efficiency and product reliability.
