A notable real estate developer is looking for a Research and Development Manager to join its management team. The successful candidate will lead and drive a culture of continuous innovation within the department, developing and implementing strategic research and development programs that will deliver breakthrough products and services, while fostering strong collaborations with internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering
• Ten (10) years experience in design and construction or field of research with 5 years in a leadership role
• Familiar with design and construction processes
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Effective communication, presentation and project management skills
• Strong background in research methodologies and product development
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards and material testing
• Drives a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Willingness to be based in Makati
