URGENT HIRING - REGISTERED NURSE

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic medical care to employees
• Monitor and manage employee health concerns and work-related injuries
• Maintain medical records and incident reports
• Assist in implementing health, safety, and wellness programs
• Coordinate with partner clinics, hospitals, and HMO providers
• Ensure compliance with DOLE health and safety requirements

Job Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license
• At least 5 years of nursing experience (company nurse, occupational health, or clinical experience preferred)
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle medical emergencies in the workplace
• Willing to work on-site and on shifting schedules (if applicable)
