Assess and monitor patients’ conditions, recording observations and documenting care provided.
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and post-hospital care.
Operate and monitor medical equipment during patient care.
Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid or life support when necessary.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records according to healthcare regulations.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Current and valid nursing license in the relevant state or country.
Proven experience in a clinical setting (hospital, clinic, or community health).
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and nursing practices.
Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Empathy, patience, and the ability to provide emotional support to patients.
Physical stamina to handle long shifts and assist patients with mobility.
Basic computer skills for maintaining electronic medical records (EMRs).
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
