Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Valid PRC License
• Master of Arts in Nursing (MAN) or earned at least 9 units of Post-Graduate Nursing course
• Can start as soon as possible

Functions:

• Oversees the clinical operations of the nursing service in coordination with the Chief Nurse
• Plans and supervises the programs and work schedules of nursing personnel within the unit
• Evaluates staff performance and ensures that nursing care meets established standards and policies
• Coordinates with other hospital departments to ensure adequate supplies, equipment, and continuity of patient care
