Description

The Recruitment Officer is responsible for supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and assisting in the selection of candidates to fill job vacancies for clients. This includes ensuring compliance with the recruitment and selection of the Migrant Workers following Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) requirements.

• Assist in sourcing qualified candidates for international job openings
• Maintain and encode database of candidates’ records including active and passive prospects.
• Conducts initial candidate screenings to evaluate skills, experience and suitability for specific roles
• Schedule and coordinate with the Recruitment Manager the candidates for line up for Client interviews.
• Provide regular updates to Recruitment Manager on the status of recruitment process.
• Attract suitable applicants through online forums and social media to increase manpower connections.
• Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and status updates
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time by the immediate superior and top management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
• Some experience in recruitment preferably within an overseas recruitment agency or similar setting
• Basic understanding of international recruitment practices and labor regulations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to work on a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
