Aickman and Greene is an executive search firm that helps fill positions from rank-and-file to executive levels, for both white-collar and blue-collar roles. Since November 2012, we have been providing the right talents to different organizations across the Philippines.


We are now hiring a Recruitment Officer who can handle bulk or volume hiring for blue-collar roles.


Main Responsibilities/ Tasks:

o Responsible in guiding its clients on best and most suitable Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

methods.

o Managing the entire process of finding, attracting and hiring talent for their clients.

  1. Understands/Comprehends thoroughly client’s search mandate in all its perspectives which include client’s nature of business, organizational structure, corporate culture, job description, qualifications profile and other information relevant to the search.
  2. Closely interacts/discusses with clients on search progress. In this connection, he/she exercises independent judgment or decision relative to client’s needs and/or queries
  3. Handles and leads multiple end to end search assignments

o Develop and implement strategies based on clients’ needs

o Research into competitors and marketplace

o Define job description and document specifications

o Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels

o Create a candidate persona (assessment) for each open position

o Conducts thorough interviews with potential candidates and exercises independent judgment in making a comprehensive assessment/evaluation reports on the endorsed candidates

o Present shortlisted candidates

o Present detailed candidate profile summaries

o Follow-up references and check credits

o Represent the client, handle the offer negotiation on their behalf

  1. Build long-term client relationships
  2. Research and develop recruiting leads
  3. Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy
  4. Hit the numerical target assigned to the role by monthly


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related course.
  • At least two (2) years of experience as a Recruiter handling bulk or volume hiring.
  • Experience working in a manpower agency is an advantage.
  • With proven record of successful hires.
  • Has a strong sense of urgency and good negotiation skills.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Can start immediately.
