Responsibilities :

1. Full execution of the recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, interviewing, conducting the test, background checking, offering, and signing) for internal and external (clients).
2. Identifying future hiring needs, collaborating with Department Manager to compile a consistent list of requirements.
3. Interviewing the candidates and completing the interview assessment and test result.
4. Manage internship program and campus recruitment programs.
5. Assist in conducting new hire orientation.
6. Evaluate the recruitment channels and sources for the best recruitment approach.
7. Maintain reporting in regular basis
8. Maintain build good relationship with candidates, clients, hiring manager, and related stakeholders
9. Actively provide recommendation and solution that fit with recruitment and HR best practice.
10. Open partnership and manage events to open multiple channels.

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum two years of proven experience in Recruitment, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology & human resources management or equivalent.
3. Excellent written and spoken Bahasa and English.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5. People oriented and results driven.

9. Microsoft Office proficiency.
