Leasing Sales Associate

About the Role

Sales Rain is looking for a Real-Estate/Seat-Leasing Assistant (Office-Based) to support our Sales Manager in prospecting, client engagement, and documentation. This role is best suited for someone with exceptional English communication skills who wants to build a career in sales and client relations within the BPO office leasing industry.

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal English communication skills
• Experience in sales, client relations, or account management preferred but not required
• Background in real estate selling or leasing is an advantage but not required
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office and email communication tools

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in contacting prospects via emails, phone calls, and messages
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and ocular visits with potential clients
• Prepare sales documents and draft agreements
• Maintain accurate records of communications and client interactions
• Support client engagement, follow-ups, and other sales-related tasks
