Job description

The Junior Property Specialist plays a critical role in the company's growth by actively promoting and selling our portfolio of properties. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle—from generating leads to closing deals and providing exceptional after-sales service. Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Property Specialist, you will be expected to:

  • Proactively find direct leads and market the company's properties through diverse channels (digital marketing, events, referrals, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with prospective clients.
  • Conduct professional site tours, deliver compelling presentations, and clearly explain property features, payment schemes, and investment benefits.
  • Guide clients through the purchasing process, assisting with reservation agreements and necessary documentation.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales quotas and contribute positively to the overall team sales targets.
  • Stay current with real estate market trends, competitor projects, and industry developments.
  • Represent the company professionally at property fairs, open houses, and other marketing activities.
  • Maintain strong client relationships post-sale to encourage referrals and long-term loyalty.


Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field is preferred but not always required.
  • Previous experience in sales, real estate, or customer service is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be goal-oriented, highly persuasive, and demonstrate resilience in achieving ambitious targets.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and as a collaborative team member.
  • Willingness to be assigned to project sites and attend sales events/activations as needed.
