Job Description/Responsibilities

• Perform a quality control review of QM and Non-QM loans that have been cleared to close by an underwriter.
• The candidate would review critical aspects of the loan file that could deem it unsellable in the secondary market.
• Such items would be, but are not limited to appraisal, credit & income.
• The candidate should be experienced in underwriting/reviewing loan files in both QM and Non-QM.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience of at least 2 years
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Document management
• Schedule: Night shift PHT
  
  

Work Location

• Home-based
• Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
• Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
  
  

Work Schedule

• M-F 9pm to 6am Manila Time
