About the Role:

We are looking for a Quality Control (QC) Inspector to join our manufacturing team. The QC Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products meet the company’s quality standards and customer requirements.

You will play a key role in supporting production quality, performing inspections, and reporting non-conformities to maintain a high level of product reliability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections according to quality standards and specifications.
• Use measuring tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify product dimensions and tolerances.
• Record inspection results accurately and prepare daily quality reports.
• Identify, document, and report non-conformances or defects to the QC Supervisor/Engineer.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.
• Ensure inspection and testing equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, and QA teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Comply with ISO, safety, and environmental standards in all quality activities.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field.
• Experience: At least 1–3 years of working experience in QC or QA within a manufacturing environment.

Skills:

• Knowledge of quality inspection procedures and measurement tools.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Able to read technical drawings or product specifications.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Added Advantage: Experience with metal, plastic, or electronic manufacturing industries.
