1. Conducts inspection and testing of all raw materials (lacquers, printing inks, and lining compounds) and outgoing finished goods.
2. Ensures that all inspected materials are properly identified and labeled.
3. Performs visual inspection and dimensional checking of packaging materials (cartons and PE plastic bags).
4. Ensures that all inspected raw and packaging materials comply with quality and food safety requirements.
5. Coordinates with Storeroom Personnel regarding all non-conforming raw and packaging materials.
6. Prepares and submits inspection reports to the Immediate Superior. Prepares Certificates of Inspection for coated and printed sheets and coordinates with the Shipping Department.
7. Prepares chemical solutions for production processes and conducts pH verification of solutions submitted by the Production Department.
8. Prepares tags and documentation for incoming inspection and testing activities.
9. Implements and complies with company policies, safety rules and regulations, and Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements.
10. Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Immediate Superior.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Chemical or Industrial Engineering
• With or without experience
• Willing to be trained
• With good oral and written communication skills
• Amenable to work in Carmona, Cavite
• Preferably a resident of Carmona, Cavite or nearby areas
