• Examining incoming raw materials like cement, aggregates, reinforcing steel, and admixtures to verify compliance with specifications.

• Continuously observing the precast production process, including mold preparation, concrete mixing, pouring, vibration, curing, and finishing to ensure proper techniques are being followed.

• Using measuring tools to verify that precast components meet required dimensions and tolerances.

• Performing concrete strength tests (compressive, flexural) at designated intervals to ensure the concrete meets specified quality standards.

• Checking for visible defects like cracks, honeycombs, voids, surface imperfections, and proper reinforcement placement.

• Maintaining detailed inspection reports, documenting non-conformance issues, and submitting reports to Production Manager and quality team.

• Identifying and addressing any quality issues promptly, including coordinating necessary corrective actions and rework procedures.

• Obtain the required certifications.

• Participating in the development and implementation of project quality plans to ensure the quality control procedures are aligned with project requirements.

• Maintaining and calibrating inspection equipment to ensure accuracy.

• Acts in professional manner that demonstrates the individual has good character and can be trusted by all employees.

• Complete special projects as required that will meet the identified time line.

• High integrity and professionalism to maintain all the confidential files of the project that had been entrusted to you.
