Açıklama

  • Identify and resolve any defects, issues, or deficiencies in the completed work.
  • Collaborate with construction teams, subcontractors, and clients to address post-construction and warranty concerns.
  • Facilitate and supervise onsite repairs, replacements, or necessary actions within the warranty terms.
  • Ensure all post-construction work complies with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Generate and submit post-construction and warranty completion reports to clients
  • Provide technical support and recommendations for improvements and maintenance.
  • Generate detailed reports on post-construction and warranty performance, highlighting quality trends and areas for improvement in future projects.

Gereklilik

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience specifically in post-construction, warranty management, quality control, inspections, or construction management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Must be willing to work day or night shifts as needed.
  • Willing to travel outside metro manila as needed
