Witnesses and evaluates all site inspections related to their disciplines.
Liaises with the site construction supervisors and provides assistance when requested.
Ensures that all inspection reports are done accurately and that all attached documents are updated.
Ensures that quality records, acceptance certificates, completion certificates for specific systems and building/ areas are prepared and collated in accordance with the project and contract requirements.
Checks and coordinates with the contractors regarding turn-over documents.
Assists the Operations Manager or Project/Senior Manager in the implementation, organization, maintenance and control of the quality system.
Assists the Operations Manager or Project/Senior Manager in resolving any discrepancies and gray areas relating the quality.
Reviews and submit all inspection reports, work procedures and method statements for compliance with good work practices and in accordance with the project or contract specifications.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Documents and issues non-conformance reports in conjunction with the Operations Manager or Project/Senior Manager. Prepares non-conformance report for the Operations Manager or Project/Senior Manager and recommends corrective actions.
Conducts and documents walk down inspection and testing.
Full-Time position(s) available.

Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in any Engineering field preferably in Mechanical.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Must be Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Can work without direct supervision, Knows basic clerical duties, Strong Interpersonal Skills, Good in writing and listening skills
A high level of attention to detail
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
Good organization skills
Candidate must be willing to work in ANY LOCATION
With experience in Construction Firm is a must.
