1. In-charge for both existing and new product samples brought to third-party laboratory for analysis.
2. Recommend new changes to the standard specification of the products.
3. Ensure timely submission of government-related documents, renewal of licenses, and certificates of products under Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other agencies.
4. Oversee maintenance or repairs of laboratory equipment.
5. Assist Sales Department in answering all customer queries about products and act as customer service when problems occur.
6. Work with Sales and Marketing for review and approval of changes in packaging materials.
7. Oversee checking of all installed holding tanks, and conduct final inspections of the service tank after it has been cleaned.
8. In-charge of research on product characteristics or properties.
9. Manage customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure resolution.
10. Manage incoming inspection of packaging materials and raw materials to ensure adherence to approved procedures and quality requirements; sign complaint reports for rejected deliveries.
11. Develop and implement quality control policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
12. Ensure compliance with training requirements of QC personnel based on regulator and customer requirements.
13. Responsible for improving and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff for proper usage.
14. Liaise with auditors and ensure the execution of corrective actions for non-conformances observed during audits.
15. Establish and review specifications for products and processes.
16. Set requirements for new materials and packaging materials for suppliers and monitor their compliance.
17. Oversee management and control of Quality Control records.
18. Oversee proper storage and disposal of retention samples, standard samples, and LSD.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed Chemical Engineer or Chemist
• At least 5 years of experience as Manager/Supervisor

SCHEDULE AND WORK ARRANGEMENT:

• On-site (CBY Head Office)
• Temporary Compressed Work Week: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Original Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
