The Plant Quality Assurance Manager supervises and leads all QA operations to ensure that goods consistently satisfy quality, safety, and regulatory standards. This person ensures compliance, oversees certifications, enhances quality assurance processes, and promotes continuous improvement throughout commissary operations.

• Lead the implementation of Quality Assurance and Quality Management programs that meet regulatory requirements, worldwide standards, and client expectations.
• Ensure strict adherence to QA policies, GMP, Food Safety, HACCP, ISO, and other applicable quality standards.
• Oversee QA operations, laboratory functions, and documentation processes to ensure that quality objectives are met and certifications are maintained.
• Encourage activities that improve product quality and food safety while also promoting corporate growth, innovation, and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage departmental resources, budgeting, and organizational structure to improve performance.
• Mentor, guide, and evaluate QA teams; identify training needs; and promote professional development.
• Collaborate with internal departments, external vendors, logistical partners, and government organizations including the FDA, NMIS, BAI, BFAR, and LGUs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Has a bachelor's degree in Food Technology or any related course.
• With 5 years of working experience as Quality Assurance in a food manufacturing setting and 3 years of experience in people management.
• Willing to do fieldwork for audit, inspection, and stakeholder visit.
• Willing to work in Danao, Cebu.
